How to Use (4 % Dilution)

• Standard cleaning: Add 4% concentrate to tap water.
  • Example 1: For 1 L of water, add 40 mL of AS-METAL.
  • Example 2: For 25 L of water, add 1 L of AS-METAL.
• Temperature: 40–50 °C for optimal cleaning results.
• Cycle time: 10–30 minutes, depending on soiling level.
• Rinsing: Rinse all items thoroughly with tap water after cleaning to avoid residues that can affect further processing (painting, electroplating).
• Bath maintenance: Replace solution when it becomes dirty.
